Submission deadline: May 19, 2025
The Call for Abstracts for oral and poster presentations is now open. Symposium organizers invite you to submit abstracts to the sessions listed below. There will be 10 Regular Sessions and 19 Special Sessions. Abstracts should be submitted via the symposium website.
The submission fee is JPY 5,000 per abstract. Presentations by one person are limited up to two presentations, including oral and poster. The decision for oral/poster is up to the session conveners. Still, considering the sharing of opportunities, it is recommended to choose a poster for one of the two presentations. Please note that the abstract submission fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Please use the abstract template file downloadable from the website. Once accepted, your abstract will be published on the ISAR-8 confit website. The title and authors will also be shown in the program. If it is difficult to find an appropriate session for your abstract, we suggest you choose the Regular Session closest to your subject. The distinguished early career scientists and students who presented posters will be awarded with the “Young Scientist Poster Awards.”
Notes for the abstract submission
- Abstracts will not be accepted after May 19, 2025.
- Abstract submission is not a registration. All participants are required to make symposium registration besides the abstract submission.
- Early Career Scientists are defined here for students and researchers up to five years after their acquisition of a Ph.D degree.
